Listening call

Programme design
We propose a format (weekly on-site, monthly workshop, offsite, or hybrid library) and a 4-, 8- or 12-week arc with measurable engagement signals.
Run + review

- We design the entire programme — movement, breathwork, sound, yoga nidra and reflection — around your team's theme. Typical retreats run 2–4 days, in Bangalore or destinations like Goa and the Himalayan foothills.
- Yes. We host live sessions on Zoom or Meet, and maintain a curated library of recorded practices your team can drop into. Engagement reports are shared with HR / People Ops monthly.
- We track attendance, retention across sessions, and a short post-session pulse (3 questions). For longer engagements we run a baseline + 12-week wellbeing survey and share the comparison with you.
